How it works
One relationship.
Tell us what you need. Conduit coordinates what is required to get it done.
01The process
Five steps, one relationship
- 01
Tell Conduit what you need
Choose a specific service, or start from Get Started if you're not sure exactly what applies to you.
What you provide
A short description of what you're trying to do, and your contact details.
- 02
Conduit scopes the requirement
Confirming exactly what's needed for your case, and matching it to the right licensed provider.
What you provide
Details specific to your case: company, employee or shipment information, as relevant.
- 03
You see the price, or get a quote
Fixed-price services show the cost upfront. Everything else is scoped and quoted before you commit.
What you provide
Confirmation to proceed once you've seen the price or quote.
- 04
Conduit coordinates execution
Working directly with the registry, bank, accountant, immigration office or other provider your requirement depends on.
What you provide
Supporting documents as they're needed, requested only when relevant to your case.
- 05
You're kept updated until it's done
One point of contact through to completion, rather than several providers to manage yourself.
What you provide
Nothing further. Conduit follows up if anything changes.
02What Conduit is, and isn’t
Conduit is not a bank, law firm, accounting practice, immigration authority or financial institution.
We don’t hold funds, give legal advice or grant permits. We bring in the licensed provider who does, and manage them for you.
Conduit doesn’t hold client funds, provide legal advice, file statutory accounts, or grant immigration status. Where a requirement needs one of those, Conduit brings in the appropriately qualified or regulated provider, and coordinates the relationship on your behalf.
Who does what
Each party plays a specific, regulated role
Conduit
Coordinates the relationship, keeps you updated, and is your single point of contact throughout.
Company registry & government offices
Incorporate the entity, issue licences, and process statutory registrations.
Banks
Hold client funds and make account-approval decisions. Conduit facilitates; it doesn't decide.
Accounting practices
File statutory accounts and manage bookkeeping and tax compliance.
Legal practitioners
Provide legal advice and handle matters that require qualified counsel.
Immigration specialists
Process visa and work permit applications, and hold the status decisions.
